Rosie's Story: Rosie was our first female mastiff that we purchased. She has been a wonderful addition to our mastiff family. She was successful in the show ring as well but never attined her championship. Needing just one major to finish, Rosie pulled 5 Reserve's to majors. Frustrated, we bred her to Grizz at age 3 with the intent to finish her after her litter. She gave a a large litter of 11 pups, 2 boys and 9 girls, c section. Seven weeks later she went septic, an exploritory surgery showed that her uterus had adheased to her bowel. The infection was quite extensive and she was spayed and a sizable piece of colon was removed. Rosie Survived her surgery and is now a champion of our hearts.
