Below are photos taken for a Dog World Photo Shoot... Photos taken by Randy Cain ~ Top Dog Photo's. Sky and Maestro...
The picture above always reminds me of the sign ~ I can make to the fence in 3 seconds can you? In actual fact this is Maestro at a Extended Trot straight into the camera. This is what straight movement is supposed to look like coming straight toward you... The face is priceless... x x x In the beginning... Maestro stands for Judge Jean Fancy at the 4 day Denver Show. His first show back from injury, February 2003. Great head shot! Maestro wins his International Championship, March 2003! Maestro at Garden City Kansas, March 2003. Maestro & Sky both Reserve Winners at Salt Lake City, Utah. Maestro in Casper Wyoming, May 2003. Maestro wins in Laramie Wyoming, May 2003. Maestro wins big (3 pt Major) at Flatiron KC show, Longmont Colorado June 2003. What a spectacular day!!!!
and Maestro both winning 5pt Majors day 1 ~ Greeley Kennel Club show, August 2003! Then the very next day, Maestro wins another 5 point Major, Best Of Winners and New Champion in Greeley, August 2003!!!
Best Of Breed Scottsbluff Nebraska, March 2004. Maestro, shown here at 7 years old, winning Best Veteran, August 2008. What a handsome guy :-) Maestro died at 8 years old after having a high speed T-bone collision with another dog which caused him to develop a Pnuemothorax (Collapsed Lung). Rather than put him through agonizing procedures to diagnose and repair other unknown damage and chest tubes, etc. We chose to let him go out in peace. He was one hell of a dog! And will always be missed....
